Greener Engineering is providing building commissioning services for the renovations of the heating, ventilating and air conditioning system for Building 236 and Building 523. Both projects are design building delivery and Greener is providing the coordination of the testing and documentation of the system to provide for proper turn over to the Navy.

Harper College Engineering and Technology Center
The $38 million project will transform two 1960's-era buildings into a modern high tech facility to accommodate growing demand for training programs that lead directly to jobs like welding, manufacturing, architectural technology, HVAC, maintenance technology, law enforcement and fire science.
This project is funded in part by a $20 million grant from the State of Illinois. The project goal is to achieve a USGBC LEED Silver rating. Greener Engineering is providing fundamental and enhanced building commissioning services as well as measurement and verification. Mother McAuley High School Science Addition
The two-story addition will be located between the current Language/Theology and Art/Science wings of the school and will offer a laboratory and classroom collaborative environment. In addition to the chemistry labs will be prep rooms, storage, and a science team office.
